The Brasserie Restaurant

The best local, organic ingredients are celebrated at The Brasserie, alongside much-loved signature dishes created by Beatrice Tollman. This light-filled conservatory, overlooking our peaceful private gardens and St Peter Port harbour beyond, is the place to relax over delicious steaks and fresh Guernsey seafood, accompanied by live piano music in the evenings.


Using an abundance of fresh local produce, our Executive Head Chef has created a collection of delicious seasonal menus with daily specials on offer both at lunchtime and in the evening. The Brasserie is popular with our hotel guests but also a favourite with our local community and a popular meeting place for those who want to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and a light bite.

Easter Sunday Lunch

This Easter, escape to the sun-washed Brasserie Restaurant and enjoy a specially curated Easter Sunday Lunch.

An amuse bouche to whet your appetite will be the perfect start to three courses of locally sourced, seasonal cuisine. With succulent cuts of meat, crispy potatoes, and perfectly roasted veg, enjoy this traditional and comforting pastime with an added touch of elegance.

Guernsey Food Festival

A self-professed celebration of Guernsey’s produce, the Guernsey Food Festival will return this April to showcase the exceptional fruits of this land. From locally sourced scallops to slow braised Guernsey beef, our menu – specially prepared for the occasion – is a celebration of organic, local, and seasonal produce.
