Guernsey Half Day Tour

Join Amanda Johns, Silver Accredited Tour Guide, on a tour around our beautiful island. Drive through St Peter Port, passing the Liberation Monument, to Fort George, overlooking Castle Cornet. Continue to Jerbourg for a quick stop to stand on top of a WWll bunker, viewing the other islands, and walk out to the cliffs opposite the Doyle Monument for spectacular views. Then proceed to the German Occupation Museum, which is privately owned, for a guided tour inside.

Afterwards, visit either Batterie Mirus or Batterie Scharnhorst, for a guided tour, both locations being WWll fortifications situated on private land. Lastly, take in a drive along the beautiful west coast, passing various WWll bunkers along the route.
