Living and Eating Well
Discover the secrets of living and eating well at an exclusive morning with Natasha MacAller, author of The Apothecary Chef.
Join us at The Old Government House Hotel for an inspiring conversation exploring wellness, longevity, and the role that nature can play in our everyday lives. Natasha will be joined by Catherine Best, founder of Catherine Best, and Luke Wheadon, founder of the Channel Islands Liquor Co, for a fascinating discussion on herbs, plants, craftsmanship, and wellbeing.
A former ballerina and trained chef, Natasha will share the journey behind The Apothecary Chef, a collection of recipes created in collaboration with leading chefs and nutritional experts, inspired by the beneficial herbs and plants grown in her own garden.
Guests will also enjoy a light refreshment inspired by recipes from the book, crafted with Luke Wheadon, along with the opportunity to purchase and have a copy of The Apothecary Chef personally signed by Natasha on the day.
Whether you're passionate about food, interested in natural wellbeing, or simply looking for an engaging and thought-provoking morning, this special event promises fresh insights, inspiring conversation, and plenty of inspiration to take home.
