With a commitment to traditional methods, including minimal malolactic fermentation, Lanson preserves the purity and vibrancy of its wines, resulting in a crisp, clean character that has defined the house for centuries. From the iconic Black Label to its more nuanced cuvées, each Champagne reflects both heritage and precision, offering a balance of structure, finesse and longevity that makes it particularly well suited to pairing with food.

Guiding you through each course, Ashley will introduce a carefully curated selection of Lanson Champagnes, sharing the stories, craftsmanship and character behind each cuvée. Paired with a refined Afternoon Tea, this is an opportunity to explore Champagne in a more considered and engaging way.

Throughout the afternoon, live music from a local piano duo provides an elegant backdrop, creating a relaxed and atmospheric setting.
